In memory of Darshan (Don) Wouhra
We desperately need your cash to help us provide our NHS Superheroes across Queen Elizabeth, Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull Hospitals & NHS Nightingale with what they need. Your donations will help us support them in this critical hour of need.

Story

Darshan (Don) was sadly taken away from us on Sunday 10 May leaving us all in shock and mourning. Don was a kind, generous and larger than life character.  Anytime you visited Don you learnt to arrive with an empty stomach, as he loved to cook and throw a barbecue, whatever the weather.

Don loved and lived for his work at East End Foods and was well known and respected by many people in the business.

Holding strong family values, Darshan was immensely proud of his children, Rohit and Simran and his wife Ravinder.  He will forever be in their hearts and memory.  Taken too young from this world, as his legacy, lets remember the good times and save a place at the barbecue for Don.

This page has been set up by Don's family as a thank you for the amazing staff at Good Hope hospital, Birmingham.  The care that Don had received was simply brilliant and relentless.  These times are especially hard and so the funds raised through this page is for the NHS, to say a big and heartfelt thank you.

Update as at 28 May

Don's cremation service will be on Saturday 30 May, at 1pm.  Due to the current virus pandemic and the Governments social distance rules, numbers are limited to immediate family only.  You may however, view the service at www.obitus.com
