Members of the TEMEC Health and Safety team are training hard for their forthcoming charity cycle ride when, they with your assistance are seeking to raise a significant amount of money for a number of charities close to their hearts. Not content to take on just any old cycle route they will be embarking on one of the toughest cycle routes in the UK! 

Lion Las Cymru, which involves cycling the whole length of Wales starting at Holyhead and winding their way through the hills and mountains until they reach Cardiff some five days and 257 miles later!
