So with all the gyms being shut for at least another 3 weeks and gym equipment being ever more difficult to buy... BHA and local personal trainer/ex British body building champion Ria Vanderkamp put their heads together and had a bright idea. BHA Auto Recycling has over 500 tyres stacked in the yard and together with Ria’s vast knowledge and many years of experience within the fitness industry, we have put together a series of tyre workout routines, which we will be posting  on our socials throughout lockdown.

Our mission is to donate our spare tyres to help you get rid of yours and we can all support the NHS at the same time.

So we have set up this “Just Giving” donation page, where 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the NHS. 

How to get involved?

1. Come down to BHA or your local scrap yard, they usually always have spare tyres around! 

2. Pick up a suitable tyre size for you. (Left outside the main office to maintain social distance)

3. Make a donation (as little or as much as you want) 

4. Follow us on FB, IG and YouTube for workout

5. Feel great for getting active and supporting the NHS
