Story
We are the models taking to the catwalk on 15th March in the Breast Cancer Care Wales fashion show, a unique and truly special event. It's an amazing occasion of fashion, fundraising with real models showing that you can look good and feel great despite having experienced a diagnosis of breast cancer. We're here to demonstrate that a diagnosis of breast cancer doesn't stop you looking fabulous, feeling confident and being able to achieve anything you want!
We are:
Kaye Mundy, Sandra Walters-Butler, Melanie Nicholas, Leanne Hugglestone, Joanne Lewis, Bamidele Adenipekun, Alix Dash, Toni Walters, Shan Parfitt, Jane Watkins, Sarah Perkins, Stephen Cotterell, Dee Thomas, Tracey Ilesfry, Sian Edwards, Lynn Abel, Melanie Doel, Jane Shatford, Amanda Webber, Rachel Drago, Eryl Jones-Utter, Judith Jones, Rachel Ferry and Ronald Rees
We have all experienced the trauma of a diagnosis of breast cancer. The reality is that there are more than half a million people in the UK today who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and every year another 50,000 hear the devastating news that they have the disease.
Thanks to the generosity of people like you supporting The Show, Breast Cancer Care is here for every single person facing a primary or secondary diagnosis, providing expert information and skilled emotional and practical support when it’s needed most.
Thank you for sponsoring us as we make our catwalk debuts and showing your support. If you wish to support the charity further, or are looking for more information please check out the website www.breastcancercare.org.uk.
