Hi! We are George Ashton, Lucy Flint, Oscar Anglim, and Matt Eldridge, thanks for visiting our JustGiving page! On Friday 24th June, we will be taking part in the Sheffield Big Walk 2022 in support of Genetic Disease Research at the University of Sheffield. This is a mammoth 50km walk through the Peak District which we will complete in one (very long!) day. We will be trekking 1.2 times the length of a marathon in the hilly Peaks!

This walk is part of an appeal to raise money for life-saving genetic disease research at the University of Sheffield. In the UK alone, 1 in 25 children is affected by a genetic disorder. Sheffield's research will change the lives of families who are desperately seeking a treatment for their loved-one.
