The staff at Mount Pleasant Hotel, Great Malvern has been given FREE CPR and life -saving training by Heart Start Malvern in 2018. We became first responders thanks to this charity. 

We have always supported this micro-charity, that has not only given businesses and individuals free CPR training but maintained 25 defibrillators in and around the Malvern area. 

In these unprecedented times, during this lockdown, they are unable to sustain their overheads without any fundraisers. They have recently launched their 'Heartbeat appeal' to raise £6000 for this year so that they can continue to maintain these defibrillators and give CPR training irrespective of no fundraising activity during this pandemic. 

Today they need us. 

So the team at Mount Pleasant will be embarking upon the 6K Challenge to raise funds for the charity. 

- Some of us will be walking the Malvern Hills for 6 days and doing 6 km every day. 

-Some of us will be running for 6 days for 6 miles every day. 

- Some of us will be doing weights - 6000 kgs in 6 days. 

-Some of us will be cycling 6 miles every day for 6 days.

We request you to support us in our endeavour and donate just £6 to this charity so that we can all have these life-saving equipment operational to save lives in an emergency!
