Yes, us questionably crazy lot have signed ourselves up for a 23 mile row across the Channel. We're aiming to raise at least £12,000 for The AHOY Centre, a London based charity in Deptford. We need as much support as we can, so please donate now!"

The AHOY work with disadvantaged children, young vulnerable people and those with disabilities. They offer them the opportunity to learn new skills along with the AHOY running courses and programmes to train them to gain qualifications and life skills needed or employment.
