Story
It's that time of year again, but the difference is in the county. Since our move from Kent to Wiltshire last Christmas Andrew and I are supporting the Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust, and in particular the churches at Corston and Rodbourne.
Andrew plans to bike around churches locally. Having dropped him at his first church (so that he can bike back to Corston) I will cross the county boundary and drive on to the outskirts of Bath with Lettie. Lettie and I will then walk around the lovely Bath churches. I am hoping for reasonable weather, and all those hills will probably do me a lot of good.
It would be hugely appreciated if you were able to sponsor me for my walk. All money raised will be divided between the Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust and Corston and Rodbourne churches.
Thank you so much for your generosity.
The good news is that we have had an offer accepted on a house in Steeple Ashton, which is south of here and nearer to where Augusta lives, but still in Wiltshire. We are now in the hands of the solicitors, and hope that we might move before the end of the year. We will update you with our new address in due course.
My cover photograph shows us with William, Caroline, Amelia, Henry, Thomas and Archie at Lisburn following Sounding Retreat in July. Other photographs show Amelia at Dean Close, Henry, Archie and Thomas ready for school, Annabel and Harry and Marina and Eliza. My Justgiving skills haven't enabled me to caption each picture.
