I’m Terri Stoneback, a Pilates teacher, trained in New York (Authentic Pilates) 20 years ago. I've been in the fitness industry for over 35 years.........My clients vary in age from 12 to 94. I have synergy with my older clients and love what I do. What’s really important is to elevate Mind, Body and Spirit to increase your energy level. Bringing this altogether with your breathing encourages you to do more

This video is intended for seniors and anybody to enhance mobility. Although, these exercises are demonstrated standing and on the floor - they can be done in bed or in a chair if needed. Do what you can and take it slow.To improve motivation, mobility and wellbeing and enhance your day.
