Mum and I would like to thank everyone for the cards and flowers and particularly for the wonderful and often hilarious memories you’ve shared with us of Dad. They’ve made us laugh and cry as we remember how strong he was as a farmer, his unique sense of humour, and his gentle and lovely nature. I was proud and honoured to call him my Dad ❤️🌟In his memory I’d like to collect some money for two causes close to my heart. Firstly Pancreatic Cancer UK, in the hope that no other families have to suffer the pain that we’ve endured of a cancer that’s so difficult to diagnose until it’s often too late, and secondly for the wonderful Marie Curie nurses who came to help and support us as a family in the last few difficult weeks. Mum and I are truly grateful for such a service. Please donate to one or both as you wish.
