On Sunday 4^th September at 10:30am we are planning on holding a sponsored walk to raise funds for Velindre Cancer Centre.The walk will take place in the Afan Forest Park starting in Pontrhydyfen atthe Rhyslyn car park, the route will be approximately 10 miles but there are many points where you can loop back to the start.

The path is suitable for all ages and abilities and is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

The walk is open to everyone in Team Wales and also yourfriends and family so feel free to bring along children/grandchildren and furrychildren in the form of dogs. We hope to have refreshments and maybe a BBQ atthe end (weather permitting)
