On Sunday 13th May John, Patrick Mac, Lizzie, Ali, Patrick Awty AND Dexter Awty will take part in the Super Hero run for Mind, the Mental Health Charity.  

Mental health problems affect around one in four people every year. Yet still the stereotypes and stigma surrounding these health problems mean it is often left unrecognized and untreated.
