Zach is 4 years old and has total body Cerebral Palsy as a result of being born prematurely at just 28 weeks. Zach is non mobile and he cannot sit up, stand or walk unaided. However, this does not get in the way of his bright, charming and cheeky personality! Zach loves to take every opportunity to live life to the full. He loves the great outdoors and being able to explore his surroundings. He is a very social little boy and there is no stopping his chat and giggles once he is excited about something! He loves spending time with his friends and family. Zach also loves music and anything related to transport (trains and buses are his big interest!).

We would like to take Zach for his first ever climb up a mountain with as many of our friends and family as possible, to make Zach’s experience a really special one.   We plan to climb Pen y fan (the highest peak in South Wales) with Team Zach to help raise funds for his very own Eyegaze computer. We feel strongly that this technology could change Zach’s life and allow him new opportunities to access the world around him, as well as giving him some much needed independence. 

A fantastic local charity called Time is Precious has kindly agreed to help us with our mission. Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated and go a long way towards improving the life of a very special little boy.
