We offer vital end of life care and support to local people when they need it most.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to raise funds for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, the only adult hospice in North Staffordshire.

From the hospice website - "Every day, Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to over 3,500 patients with life-limiting illnesses in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages; also offering supportive care for their families and carers. This would not be possible without the commitment of a multi-disciplinary team of staff and volunteers who are vital in ensuring the services continue at the hospice and out in the community.

This year the hospice needs to raise over £13million to maintain it's services, with 80% raised by voluntary donations.

So far, Chris, Mel & Kim have completed the 5K My Way in April, and Chris has completed the Vitality London 10K in May.

More event new will be added as when we sign ourselves up :-)

Update 14/09/2021 - On Sunday 26th September, Chris will be walking the Potter's 'Arf 2021, and will be joined by Ken Warder-Rowlands and Macaulay Smith, both new members of Team T&C for this year's event.
