For 2016 Team Sniper have decided to make Ellie's Fund Brain Tumour Trust their Partner Charity... Throughout the year we will be hosting and taking part in numerous events for this charity to help them reach their goal of raising £21,000 this year; Ellie's 21st Birthday year.

For those of you that don't know the background here's Ellie's story:

14 year old Ellie died from a Glioblastoma in 2010. During the time from her diagnosis to her death 3 years later, Ellie raised more than £25,000 'for others'.

Since Ellie lost her fight, 'Ellie's Fund - Brain Tumour Trust' has raised almost £229,000 in her memory.

Ellie's legacy is being used to fund research into brain tumours, and to support children across Yorkshire & the Humber who are affected by a brain tumour.

This year we are hoping to fund/part fund 2 more pieces of research, and we have pledged money to set up a support service that will offer opportunities to young adults (16-24 years) who have been affected by a brain tumour.

Raising £21,000 in Ellie's 21st birthday year will mean that a quarter of a million pounds is making a difference to other families who are now in the position that we were.
