Story
Bridgewood Farms was founded 55 years ago by community leaders passionate for ensuring that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their highest potential!
We focus on providing heart and home for our community with emphasis on quality programs, continuing education, ensuring a safe and productive environment, and providing peace of mind for our families and clients.
Our Pre-Vocational and Creative Arts classes help our clients develop skills that are associated with having a career and with using their talents to enrich their lives through the arts. Clients help create products sold at craft fairs on our campus or at other fairs in our community. This helps them learn to follow instructions, work as a team, and focus on a specific task, as well as other skills that are needed in the competitive work force. While some clients may never work in a public work place, they can use these skills in their homes and in social and recreational activities. Creative Arts classes are especially beneficial for clients who may not have had a chance to try activities such as designing a work of art on canvas. They find that they have talents no one knew they had.
Every donation will be used to move our mission and vision forward, enabling our clients to learn and improve their life skills, grow socially and emotionally, and experience the joys that come with achieving milestones and goals!
Your donation will make a DIRECT IMPACT on helping Bridgewood Farms GROW in 2023! We thank you for all your support!
