Pipster Solutions Ltd is a small team of lovely people who are completely dedicated to helping companies win work in the public sector. We support businesses practically helping with bid management, writing, review and coordination.

#TeamPipster will be taking part in the Salisbury Race for Life 10K event on Sunday 12^th June 2022. The cause is something very close to all our hearts and we hope to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). 

Every member of the team gets to choose a charity for the company to support each year. This year, Hannah Thorne has chosen CRUK as our 2022 charity. She says, “Sadly everyone has someone in their life who has been affected by cancer. I have supported CRUK for as long as I can remember and have taken part in various Race for Life 10K events over the years. After a hiatus due to the pandemic, I am really looking forward to the challenge of taking part in this year’s Race for Life in Salisbury on 12^th June alongside my fabulous work colleagues”.

Each step we make towards beating cancer relies on each pound donated. Here are some examples of how the money we will raise can help us become cancer’s worst nightmare:

• £20 covers the cost of running Cancer Chat for one hour
• £30 is the cost of running a cervical cancer trial for one day
• £80 buys a Bunsen burner which can help our scientists to ignite ground-breaking research
• £300 can pay for special chemicals called antibodies, to light up microscopic parts of the cell
