We raise awareness and funds in the UK to conserve the cheetah in Africa

Story

At the end of 2016 a report was released stating that cheetah numbers had fallen dramatically and that there was now believed to be fewer than 7000 individuals remaining in the wild, with some more isolated populations deemed so low that they are functional extinct.

Hamerton Zoo Park is home to 10 captive bred cheetah and has been a passionate supporter of CCF for over a decade. On hearing the news we decided we needed to up the ante with this years fundraising efforts.

5 keepers - head keeper Katherine, carnivore keeper Rosa, cover keeper Amy, primate keeper Max and education officer Ben - will be skydiving from 13,000 feet, dropping at 120 mph before their parachutes open at 5000 feet.

Even the smallest donation will go a long way to helping protect wild cheetahs, and will serve as great encouragement for our nervous skydivers! We thank you for taking the time to read this and supporting us in any way you can.
