Brian Hale has been a Day Citizen at Brookwood since 2011. Brian looks forward to going to work each day with the friends he has made at Brookwood. He rides the bus and works in the ceramics shop.  Brian depends on the Brookwood staff and medical clinic personnel to help manage his diabetes and special dietary requirements. Brian's parents and brothers are grateful that Brookwood provides him the opportunity to work in a safe and caring environment.

Brian is a 2011 graduate of Lamar High School.  Outside of Brookwood, Brian enjoys Special Olympics swimming, Upward Basketball, and Challenger Baseball and Football.  Brian also participates in the 1-on-1 Art Program.  He has completed over 50 paintings, and his work has been professionally exhibited.
