Did you know that cancer now affects one in two people – over 12,000 cancer diagnoses are made in Northern Ireland every year. One of these being someone very close to me who at the moment is battling lung  cancer and has just days ago had part of one of her lungs removed. She is doing really and looking forward to getting home to be back with her husband and 2 sons who are only 6 and 4 years old. Cancer Focus NI helps to support such families so i am hoping to have some fun whilst raising money for this great cause.
