In January, I shall we taking part in a Danceathon (3 hours non stop dancing!) with my friends at PLOS the amdram society in SW London. 

Mind is a charity close to my heart. Having close family and friends going through various mental health issues over the past years including depression & anxiety, I feel more awareness and funding is needed for this cause. 

Pippa was always so happy & jolly whenever I saw her. She spent her Christmas's working at Marsh Farm being one of Santa's helpers....an Elf!! It is a special job to spread magic at Christmas, especially to children. Being a Mum of two young boys, I am sure it was hard for Pippa to take time away from them to work at Xmas. 

Sadly on October 29th, Pippa took her own life on the railway line near South Woodham Ferrers station in Essex. She had been suffering with postnatal psychosis and leaves behind 6 month old Jacob, 5 year old Isaac and husband Gary.
