We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

Hey Guys!

As you may know Richard Tyrrell tragically past away this Christmas at the age of 22. Richard was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in his teenage years, but still managed to live a full and happy life. I only knew Richard for a short while but I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing him, as I can see how he has touched the lives of many that knew him.

Diabetes UK is the largest organisation in the UK working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition.  Diabetes touches the lives of over two million people in the UK and so I am running the Windsor Half Marathon in his memory.

As you will all know I am not the most fittest of people and would rather spend a day shopping or napping then running. So any donations that you make I would be very greatful!

Thank you :)
