On September the 18 we will be walking round  Meersbrook Park to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. We are walking for our Grandad  who has early onset front lobal dementia, our Great Aunt Connie who has vascular dementia and in memory of our late but Great Granny Molly who also had vascular dementia.

Please help us raise some money to help other people like our granddad.  When granddad was first diagnosed with front lobe dementia the  Alzheimer's society helped my nan nan find people and services that could my help my grandad.
