On 2 July this year, I'm taking part in the Shock Absorber Women Only Sprint Triathlon at Dorney Lake in Eton, to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

Every 11 minutes someone in the UK hears the devastating news that they have breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care provides a free helpline and information-packed website to give guidance to anyone dealing with the turmoil of this life-threatening illness. The charity also offers professional support through a range of confidential, face-to-face services, helping people every step of the way.

By donating through Just Giving, they’ll send your money directly to Breast Cancer Care and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
