The Maggie's Centre, Nottingham has been a beacon of kindness and calm during my cancer treatment and the friendship of fellow runners has helped me keep putting one foot in front of another. We planned to run from Maggie's Nottingham to Maggie's Leeds but pandemic complications made us change our plans. Along with steadfast running partners, Sharon and Andy, we are going to run 100 miles in 10 mile sections. Sharon and I in Nottinghamshire, and Andy with Bruce the dog, along the Thames in London. Starting today and running the final 10 miles on April 9th, starting and finishing at the Maggie's Centre, Nottingham.
