As many of you know, I am running in Wales this week to raise funds for odyssey, a cancer charity that gives hope and support to those diagnosed with cancer.

The event is a 200 mile run starting at Conwy castle heading southwards finishing on Saturday 6 July.

As many of us have been touched by cancer in some way, either through friends, family or even ourselves.
