When Chris and I (somewhat optimistically) decided to sign up for the Bristol 10k we thought we'd make our hard work for a good cause (other than the reduction of my expanding waistline!). COCO - Comrades of Children Overseas - was founded by former Olympic runner Steve Cram and raises funds to make a difference to children living in poverty in developing countries.
