As a company we are all individually attempting to cover 100km with a grand target of 1000km during the month of July; be that through cycling, running or walking.

Darren and his two children Bernie & Isla aged 9 & 5 are going to cycle 100K in memory of Darren’s dad Peter who was cared for by St Nicholas Hospice.

Graeme & Nicky have each chosen to ride their old Mountain Bikes (Not touched for 2 years) to complete 100k each cycling around quiet country lanes for the month of July as a contribution to the Team 1000k challenge raising money for St. Nicholas Hospice in these challenging times for all charities.

Jack will be running 100km in memory of his father who was cared for by St Nicholas Hospice. As well as providing counselling and support for both Jack and his family in the aftermath.

Both Sam and Adam will be running/cycling 100km.

Louise will be walking 100km with her daughter Katie.

Emily will be walking 100km with her family.

Ruth will be walking 100km with her Labrador, Poppy.
