I lost my father some time ago, they say time heals all wounds, it doesn't. As time passes the harder it gets, but instead of feeling sad and feeling his absence, I've decided to start raising for charity on his behalf. When a person passes, aside from duas, there's not much more that can be done for the deceased apart from giving to charity on their behalf. So insha Allah that is my plan. My father didn't get to an age where I was able to look after him or tend to him, but even though he is not here, I still want to fulfil my role as a daughter towards him. He was my father for a reason and I am his eldest daughter for a reason too. So to anyone who donates, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for helping me fulfil my role towards him. I pray Allah swt accepts my efforts and my father is granted with jannat al firdous. ❤️❤️❤️
