Stephanie's 'Sweat by Steph' Workout

Sweat by Steph Workout · 29 April 2020
I'm raising money for Glasgow Women's Aid for the vitally important work they deliver.
Glasgow Women's Aid provide support to women and young people who are victim to domestic abuse.
"Times are tough for everyone, but for those experiencing domestic abuse, lockdown is particularly hard." Reading this on the news the other day really struck me, as I realised it was something I am lucky enough to have never considered. It's heartbreaking to think that someone could feel unsafe in their own home at this time, and I'd like to try and support a charity that could be a lifeline for a woman or young person who find themself at risk.
I am currently completing my personal training diploma and have been doing live workouts via Zoom for my friends and family. I would like to dedicate one of these classes to raising awareness to the amazing work of Glasgow Women's Aid. All are welcome and any donation you can give would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please do still join us and spread the news.
