I am buying my first ever pair of running shoes to run the10km at the Angkor Wat Half Marathon in Cambodia. So, I am challenging myself to run in 34(+) degrees heat and ridiculous humidity to raise money for Friends International. 

Friends International work with children, youth and families across Southeast Asia. They help to reintegrate children back into education and provide young adults with amazing training to support them in gaining the confidence to kickstart their careers and adult life. Whilst working for Friends I have been fortunate enough to see first hand the incredible work they are doing! 

Any support that you can offer is very much appreciated and will make my first "proper" run worth every step!!
