As you may/ may not know, I only recently took up running in April 2011 to try and get fit and decided it was finally time to take on a challenge I have wanted to for some time.

 

The Alzheimer's Society mean a lot to me as a charity and I really think they are a very worthwhile cause. My late Grandpa had this disease and every advance we can make to find a cure/ improve the lives of those with it is a step in the right direction. Every penny I am sponsored spurs me on that little bit more.....
