I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in October 2013 and I started a blog detailing my story and experiences to motivate me, empower and raise awareness of the impact disease . Check out my
blog;http://theperfectboob.blogspot.co.uk
I am cashing in on this wretched disease and I am turning this burden into something amazing!!! I am having some fun and 'games' with this 'pesky cell', and I have been raising money during my chemotherapy treatment.
I have made a twit of myself in some way or another at each chemo treatment to raise as much money as possible for the refurbishment of the chemotherapy suite.
I have raised £1,051.74 so far and hoping to top this up!
My LAST chemotherapy round is on 19th May 2014 and I will be marking this milestone by going to Northampton General Hospital for my treatment dressed in bright Neon clothing , including a neon Tu Tu and pink wig. Sue , my ex mother in Law, ail be my chemo buddy and will also be wearing neon!
Given the success of my dare's so far , you are probably donated out , so only donate if you can and remember , the minimum donation is £2 and this is all it takes to make a difference to others . It may be feel like a drop in the ocean to you , but what is an ocean but a multitude of drops.
