We are heartbroken that our wonderful mother, Sushila, passed away on 6 April at Leighton Hospital.

Mum’s funeral will take place on 29 April in Cheshire. Due to current restrictions, sadly only immediate family are able to attend. We are so disappointed to be unable to give her the send-off she deserves. We will hold a proper memorial for Mum when restrictions have been lifted that everyone can attend and have the opportunity to pay their respects to Mum.

In the meantime, instead of sending funeral flowers, we are asking for family and friends to consider making a donation to this charity in memory of Mum, as a thank you for the wonderful care she received in our local hospital during her illness.

Mum was a hugely generous and very conscientious lady, supporting a wide variety of charities and always willing to help others whenever she could. We would now like to raise funds for this wonderful cause in her honour.
