On February 2nd 2013, Matilda Mae Henley went to sleep and did not wake up. She was just 9 months old; she had just learned to crawl that very day.Her life was cut tragically short and her death has devastated everyone who knew her and loved her.
Matilda's mother, Jennie, is a woman whom I am so proud to call my friend. She is a mother who is lost without her beautiful daughter. She is a mother who is struggling to find reasons to smile each day, and yet she is selflessly supporting the Lullaby Trust in their tireless efforts to support other families and to fund research into SIDS.
With your help we can support the Lullaby Trust in their efforts to find out why babies like Matilda die, and we may even be able to save other babies from the same fate. We may not be able to bring baby Tilda back, no matter how much we would dearly like to, but Team Matilda Mae can ensure her legacy thrives day by day, and that Jennie knows she is not alone.
Please please support us in our endeavours to make a difference to families devastated by Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
