On Sunday 15th September 2013 I will be running the Bupa Great North Run - all 13.1 miles of it! I have been picked by Jo Whiley to run as her running buddy. I am running to raise money for Ambitious about Autism, an amazing charity who work to improve the services available for children and young people with autism and increase awareness and understanding of the condition.

If you can spare a pound or two to sponsor me you will be supporting a cause that is very close to my heart, as well as giving me an extra incentive to keep going until I reach that finish line.
