Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page. We've joined together to raise as much as we can for a cause very close to our hearts - Mom died in October 2010 from vascular dementia leaving a large space in our hearts and lives, a missing piece in our family jigsaw that can never be replaced.  This walk is in memory of a wonderful lady - a wife, mom, nanny and great grandmother; and especially for Dad, who lost the love of his life, his best friend and companion. Not forgetting all those dealing with the heartbreak of dementia
