Story
Ronnie was diagnosed with Large B Cell Lymphoma a type of non -Hodgkin lymphoma in August 2020.
He was in Barnet General for 5 weeks during the lockdown which was not easy for him and we were not allowed to visit.
After over 20 + rounds of gruelling chemotherapy the cancer had not responded.
On July 21st the consultant called to tell Ronnie that he had 3 to 6 months left to live.
It was decided to stop treatment.
Ronnie declined rapidly and was admitted in to the Marie Curie Hospice on 5th October and sadly passed away with me by his side on 7th October.
His funeral takes place 3 months since we were told he was terminal.
