We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

My dear mum, Laura, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease 3 1/2 years ago. In that time we’ve watched our strong, independent and tireless mum fading away in the grip of this cruel disease.  As there’s no cure for Alzheimer’s we can do nothing but watch as the mum and granny we once knew disappear before our eyes.

In order to raise funds for vital research into a cure for Alzheimer’s and to support those already living with Alzheimer’s, I’ll be walking 25km as fast as I can along the Thames Path with my fantastic work-mate, Katie.

I’d be so grateful if you could help me raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. Together we can try to stop this horrible disease affecting more of our mums, dads, sisters and brothers in the future.

Thank you

Sue x
