In January this year I was with a good friend of mine one evening Caroline Cooper , we shared a few drinks and by the end of the night I was committed to the London to Paris Cycle ride in July !

I enjoy a challenge and whilst reasonably fit I have now embarked on a training schedule with the rest of the team to ensure we have the fitness and stamina to reach Paris successfully . I am grateful for all donations made and the support given .

It is all for a fantastic cause , Ty Hafan who provide amazing support , comfort and care to children with limited life span and help them make the most of their precious time together with their families .
