A team of 5, Stuart Morgan, Martin Howlett, Paul Williams, Chris Edwards and Ray Wheeler are cycling 380 miles across Normandy to place 600 messages of thanks from young people across the North west at the Normandy WW2 sites and memorials to thank all the people who lost their lives In WW2.

The Youth Federation is one of the North West’s leading youth charities directly supporting 5000 young and vulnerable people aged from eight years to 25 years every year. The Youth Federation makes a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children, from all backgrounds, and also provides support to a network of youth organisations that reach more than 50,000 young people each year.

With its head office in Ellesmere Port, it runs a number of programmes across Cheshire, Halton, Warrington and Wirral, including youth groups, education, pre-employment and mentoring programmes which directly affect local young people.
