On Sunday 2nd April I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in memory of my father-in-law, Russell Millar, and will be part of a team of runners aiming to raise awareness and money for Pancreatic Cancer UK. 

Sadly, more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months.  This is something that our family experienced in 2020 when my father-in-law passed away after being diagnosed a mere 47 days earlier. The symptoms of pancreatic cancer are often missed until it is too late and, whilst survival  rates have improved enormously for most cancers, this is not the case for pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic Cancer UK is dedicated to changing this and anything you can spare will go directly towards this.
