Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Please help me raise money for the Epilepsy Society www.epilepsysociety.org as my 26year old daughter Amy has had the condition for the last 23years.

We are running a cycle ride in the New Forest with Jens Voigt www.treksegafredo.com he has agreed to come over even though he has a busy schedule in 2021.He is a former Tour de France rider ( participated 17 times) and a former World Hour Record Holder, plus his record of being one of the hard men of the professional circuit.

It is also hoped that for the second year running we will have six times World Champion Marion Clignet, , an Epilepsy sufferer herself she has been able to control her Clonic Seizures with diet, medication and exercise. Her wins are both on the road and track, a massive achievement for a rider battling this condition.

Look at the website www.shutuplegscharityride.com and come and enjoy the New Forest on Saturday 11th September 2021.
