Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page..

Update....Only raised 120 knickers and need to raise 550 knickers...With only a week to go and the fact that a move a baby work etc have halted a lot of my training plans,This walk will be a genuine challenge to me..So please donate if you would like to see me suffer...Anyone who is reading this will or may not know that the organisors cancelled the event, But it would seem that on trailing the internet a few partys will still leave drum in the early hrs of june 10..So game on...I will set off at 0500 and will hopefully reach Kintail 12hrs after...Please donate and share with your friend this here page...Many thanks stu..

Those who dont know me..My name is Stuart..I have made a decision to raise some money for a charity called Unicef by walking the 44 miles between Drumnadrochit and Kintail Within the Beautiful Highlands of Scotland..Taking lots of pictures along the way..

I first heard of Unicef while watching one of my favourite TV documentaries called The long way round..Starring Ewan Mcgregor and Charlie Boorman..

The main reason being My little girl Willow..After watching a news report recently about war torn Syria and seeing the children suffering..I began to realise how lucky and safe my child is and how i would feel if she was in that position feeling the fear and pain those children must endure

In my life i have had many experiences...from Traveling and Begging for money Being in trouble with the police..To owning a soft top car and swimming pool..I have seen and done many amazing and bad things..I reached a turning point when Willow was born where all that seems important is the health of my Daughter..myself and that of my Family..Friends and Dog...Also to be Happy..

Its time to do what i feel is right and better myself..To  do some good along the way to ease some suffering and make someone happy...Give something back to the universe for giving me so much..Not being a Religous man..I Still feel Willow was a gift that was given to me at a point in life where i was lost..

Hopefully after this event i will carry on and do more fundraising..Please give generously to help a child living in fear and poverty..Thank you..
