Aerobics, Zumba and Nintendo Wii were fad forms of exercise that my Mum tried.

There was always a bike in the garage, just in case the mood took her…. But it remained new!

Mum doesn’t have the opportunity now – sadly she passed away last June.

I’m raising money for the Keech hospice where she was cared for.  I have considered Aerobics, Zumba and Nintendo Wii but I’ve decided on a bike ride! x
