I've been training in recent weeks for the charity ride that I'll be taking part in at the end of June 16 from London to Antwerp. This is for the Lesson for Life Charity and they help children in Africa attend school, it's truly amazing what a different life the children can have by attend school, just by them learning how to read and write will mean that they will not lead a life of poverty.

The charity does also focus on setting the schools up so that all children can attend, I didn’t realise that some of the schools don’t have toilets for girls and that’s why they can’t go!!!
