In May I will be cycling from Edinburgh to London via Belfast , Dublin and Cardiff to raise money for Cardiomyopathy. We will be cycling 650 miles in five days with the last leg Cardiff to London a distance of 175 miles. This is another difficult challenge for me and your support will make the long hours of training feel much more enjoyable.

We are raising money for Cardiomyopathy UK a heart disease charity in memory of some of the groups friend Loz Sherriffs who died of an undiagnosed heart condition at the age of 41.
