Crescent Kids 
Crescent Kids provides life saving support to children suffering with Sickle Cell around the world.
Sickle Cell Is a life threatening, debilitating long term genetic blood condition. It is under researched, under funded and treatment options limited.
Crescent Kids activities include funding life saving blood transfusions for children in Africa, Free hospital kit bags and wellness packs for families around the world. Nutrition and supplement workshops and research into new and innovative therapies for the treatment of sickle cell in children. The mission of Crescent Kids is to ‘Stop the Pain’

Strength in difference - Who are we?
The forum is aimed at colleagues with a Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority heritage, however is open and inclusive to all colleagues working within SME & MC. We’d also encourage those with an ambition to progress their career within SME & MC in the future to sign up to our page. Our mission statement is to embrace and create diversity across SME & MC by delivering on our objectives to Connect, Educate, Advocate, Inspire and Empower colleagues. In addition, we advocate and promote the R.E.A.C.H and B.O.L.D networks via the Forum.

A voluntary committee across SME & MC help to influence and drive ideas for activities and content for the Forum, with direct links into the SME & MC I&D Forum and the wider Commercial Banking business via our Executive Sponsor, Amanda Dennis.
