We're taking part in the Glasgow Winter Warmer 10k to raise money for Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis UK,
This chosen charity it close to us as one of our Storage Vault family lives with, and smashes Ulcerative Colitis every day!
He is an inspiration to us all, and manages his condition without complaint or self-pity.
He will not let Ulcerative Colitis define him, and we are so very proud of that!!!

A wee bit about the cause:
Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, affecting more than 300,000 people in the UK.
Yet they are largely hidden diseases, and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation – it’s thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence. It doesn’t have to be like this.
Storage Vault want to help in funding the solution and to this disease, and break the stigma surrounded by it!!
