Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my London Marathon 2010 JustGiving page.
As many of you know my father was one of approximately 10,000 people who suffered the horrors of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), sadly losing his fight on Easter Sunday. PSP is a degenerative brain disease which affects eye movement, balance, mobility, speech and swallowing. He The PSP Association is the only national organisation in the UK dedicated to the support of people with PSP, providing funding for medical research, support to patients and their families as well as raising awareness amongst the medical health and welfare profession about the disease.
Raising money for the PSP Association is my small contribution in trying to help find a cure for this terrible disease, or at least provide the best possible care for its sufferers and their families. Please support me in my efforts!
Many thanks,
Stevie D
